Lego Winter Village: Day 23
We continue our space toy theme on Day 23 with a space shuttle toy.
.
I think Lego Santa only makes a specific kind of toy…
Lego Winter Village: Day 22
Day 22 is something more mysterious…
A rocketship? That’s what I’m calling it anyway…
Santa’s home and the elves have appeared! I’m missing a piece on the other half of Santa’s workshop, but here’s half of it!
I’ve added a new stall, and did a bit of re-arranging. I need more snow!
Lego Update: Days 12 thru 21
I haven’t had anytime to play with Legos over the last week. I plan to make a point of changing that now that Christmas is almost here! Here’s a quick catch-up of all the Lego Advent Calendar additions to date. Hopefully, I’ll be posting more updates this week.
Day 12 was more presents to add to our collection from last year.
A Lego Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a prisoner, so meet Day 13’s Cash Robar.
Day 14 (and 15 was it’s caboose, but for some reason I don’t have a photo of that) was a train!
Day 16 was a sheriff! Sheriff Phineas Balance supports Officer Carol’s methods of peaceful law enforcement through song, but also Officer Handcuffs use of force. He drives a police sled that arrived on Day 17.
Day 18 brought a friend for Caramel Frosting! Meet Vanilla Cupcake.
Soy McLatte got a friend on Day 19. Creme DeMocha came with her own snazzy pink smartphone, and matching fancy dessert beverage.
Day 20 was a snowman.
And today was a little campfire with giant marshmallows on sticks.
Here’s the current overhead shot.
Caramel Frosting is showing Vanilla Cupcake the finery points of dessert delivery.
There was no place to put the marshmallow sticks, and the ground seemed gross…so I stuck them in the tool bucket.
The pile of what I am currently working on…
C. Robar hiding behind the tree.
Seasons Greetings!
Lego Winter Village Update:9, 10, 11
I was really out of it this weekend…the pain medication had a delayed effect and hit me hard (mainly with a desire to sleep), and then took awhile to get out of my system. So, I didn’t even *open* my advent calendar this weekend. Pardon the messy posts while we catch-up!
Day 9 was interesting….mind you, I’m really enjoying this calendar so far. Every day has had something to build and been a decent amount of pieces, even if it’s just been a counter.
And day 9 brought this Christmas chair. Or throne? It’s a throne.
Santa’s throne, of course, where else would he rule Christmas town from?
Day 10 was nice.
Another tree! It’s different from my other Christmas trees.
Apparently, I didn’t manage to take a photo of the pieces on 11…well, there’s one more photo in this set that I think may be for this day, but it’s all black (?). Don’t know what happened there!
Day 11 was a clock!
Lego Winter Village: Day 8
Other blog posts will be coming soon. My intent was to do both the regular ones and the Christmas Lego posts. However, life has been challenging the past few days (very busy, broke a tooth really bad, and the internet was down for 8 hours today…) As soon as I have time, I’ll get working on some other posts.
Oooooo….lots of little pieces.
A cute little lamp post.
I put it there, for now.
Brezel’s Bakery received her permit to setup her stall in the new town.
And we’ve got the village Christmas turkey ready to go.
And Caramel Frosting, the cupcake delivery dog, is back on the job.
We found the rest of Officer Carol’s sled.
And his partner in crime, Officer Handcuffs, has also returned.
What a crime-fighting team!
Lego Winter Village: Day 5,6 and 7
Day 5 of the Lego Advent Calendar…
I was in a bit of a rush on Day 5…
It was a toy biplane.
Day 6 was a toy bulldozer.
And finally Day 7…
It’s a boy with a smart phone & a cup of coffee? I’m naming him Soy Latte McFancypants.
While all the other kiddos play with their windup and remote-controlled toys. He plays on his smart phone.
Still wishing I could find the snow!
Lego Advent Calendar: Day 4
Day 4 of the Lego Advent Calendar has arrived…
So it’s another counter for beverages…
We seem to be forming a pie, beer and hot cider station.
I also brought out Holly the Pastry Farmer with awesome hair.
And I set up the jewelry shop.
Prisoner 86753, also known as Jenny, made it out of the box, still on his sled! He’s look for his son, Ben Beanie (aka Spare Child), but we can’t find him.
And Officer Carol is back in action!
Sigh, cats.
We also got out the bread cart….
…and the remote-controlled duck.
Until tomorrow!
Lego Advent Calendar: Day 3
Day #3 of the Lego Christmas Village!
Hmm…what is this?
Even more mysterious….what on earth is that?
Okay…so the bottom part is definitely ice…and then there is a pie…and a bucket of ice skates…
Perfect next to last year’s pie and beer counter!
Suzie Skates is happy there is finally some ice in the town! So…it’s a personal ice-skating rink with pie?
I wasn’t able to add much new today besides the calendar, but that’s our town!
Lego Winter Village: Day 2
Day 2 of the Lego Advent Calendar is here!
That looks like a person.
A child-sized person with pretzels.
Yep.
Meet…the Pretzel Photographer….children have weird names in this town. He must be friends with the Pizza Pirate…maybe it is some sort of gang.
He comes with an extra camera AND an extra soft pretzel.
He’s there to photograph the remote-controlled cars, obviously.
I’ve also added Larry Letter and his mailbox to the village.
Along with the baby reindeer.
The village so far! Wish I could find my snow…
