Thanks for posting this! Tommy and I love seeing these as an idea of what to cook. We still haven’t gotten back in the swing of cooking after the trip and cold, so this was a good inspiration!
Tommy was curious about the buffalo chicken pizza. Is that a made item or take out? We may make a homemade version next time we have pizza =)

Homemade! I make crust from a box, then use a thin layer of blue cheese dressing as the sauce, I then add buffalo chicken (baked chicken in frank’s red hot & butter) and top with mozzarella cheese. I serve it with extra blue cheese dressing plus carrots and celery. You can also sometimes find canned buffalo chicken, which makes the chicken part easier.

Thank you! Tommy is so excited to try making this! I never would’ve thought to do the blue cheese dressing for sauce. What’s your preferred blue cheese dressing brand? I can’t remember, but Tommy thinks he remembers seeing Wishbone in your fridge 😉

You’re welcome! My number one choice is Kraft’s Roka Blue, but if there’s a good sale on Wishbone, I’ll do that instead.

We made this for dinner yesterday and it was AMAZING! We had leftover chicken that we mixed with lettuce and onion as a side salad to go with this. Super delicious! We also made the pizza stuffed crust. Had the leftovers tonight and they were still fab. Thanks for sharing!

I’m curious what “mom’s chicken” is.
