Which Goes First?

Just applied Revolution flea and heartworm prevention to the kitties. I apply the chemical on the entire clowder in a particular order…most challenging cat to easiest cat. I start by applying it to the cat who will need to be captured, tackled, and will freak out when they hear the bottle or smell the chemical, and I end with the cat who doesn’t even notice. Why? Two reasons: 1) the cats figure out what is going on pretty quickly by the smell of the chemical and the reactions of their peers…this will cause some of the more anxious ones to dive for cover under the bed; 2) if I fail to apply the open bottle that cannot be recapped to my target, I can apply it to an easier target and go back to the difficult one a few hours later with a new bottle. What order do you think I use?
